For thick drinks such as smoothies or soups, or with chunks, we advise you to use wide straws . For any other type of drink, classic straws are fine.
If you plan to use your bamboo straws in cocktail glasses with a stem, in verrines or in small glasses , short straws are more suitable.
Care of bamboo straws
To clean your bamboo straws, the ideal is to use a brush to remove all residue after each use. You can use your usual dishwashing detergent and rinse well before letting them dry. When wet, bamboo straw is a little darker. Once dry, it returns to its original color and is ready to be stored or reused. You can wash your bamboo straws in your dishwasher but they will not last as long.
