It is equipped with a stainless steel blade and a dishwasher-safe polymer handle.

• Martensitic stainless steel which has high hardness thanks to the addition of nitrogen (0.15%) and superior corrosion resistance thanks to a high level of chromium (16%).
• The blades of Opinel peelers are sharpened on both sides and can therefore be used by right-handed and left-handed people.
