Binchotan Kishu Charcoal

Binchotan is an ecological and economical solution for purifying running water.
Still produced according to ancestral Japanese know-how, oak charcoal, called white charcoal, comes from a variety of oak trees specific to the region: Ubamegashi. The 1200° activation process makes it super-active and extremely porous. Its whitish surface is due to a specific cooling technique with a mixture of water, sand, ashes and earth.
FUNCTIONS:
Adsorbs toxins, lead, mercury, cadmium, copper, chlorine and pesticide residues and other pollutants. While releasing calcium, potassium and magnesium into the water.
USE :
- Boil the stick for 15 minutes
- Dry in the sun or in a warm, dry place
- Immerse the stick in 1L of running water
- Leave to act between 5 a.m. and 10 a.m.
- Consume !
Re-boil the binchotan (10 minutes) every 1-3 months (depending on the water quality in your area) in order to free it from pollutants and toxins accumulated in the water.
Recycle as plant fertilizer.
