Arles sausage

A little stuffy, sure, but so funny. We are very attached to Arles sausage, it was the first sausage made by MAISON CISSON , and with its pretty creamy beige wool, it goes with everything.
CISSON HOUSE today continues the tradition of Arles sausage in a very personal version 100% pure knitted. Its traditional tying is made with white cotton food rope. Hanging from a small hook with a red and white checkered tea towel, it will accent any kitchen wall.
The real Arles sausage is a cold meat from Bologna. It was imported to Arles in 1655 by the Arlesian charcutier Godart. Gray cylindrical in shape, and weighing approximately 300 grams in its meat version, it has a length of 15 to 20 centimeters. As for its diameter, it varies between 4 and 5 centimeters.
