Cheese knife + fork

The cheese knife inspired by our traditional pocket knife.

Equipped with a varnished beech wood handle and a 12.5 cm stainless steel blade, it ensures high cutting quality and great resistance to corrosion.
It comes with its stainless steel fork which makes cutting and serving easier.
The knife fits easily onto the fork for an original and practical presentation on a tray, board or plate.

Hand washing is recommended.

Features :

• Blade length: 12.5 cm
• Martensitic stainless steel which has high hardness thanks to the addition of nitrogen (0.15%) and superior corrosion resistance thanks to a high level of chromium (16%).

• Beech is the wood most used for manufacturing Opinel handles. Coming from French farms, it is hard, resistant and easy to work. With a homogeneous appearance, its light color varies from yellow to pink. It is recognizable by the presence of numerous small dark lines. The handle is varnished to be better protected against humidity and dirt.
