The box is made up of 4 125 Pro table knives: in stainless steel, the 11cm blade has velvet micro-teeth, for efficient and gentle cutting, and a durable edge without sharpening.
High density polymer (POM) handle with a soft touch and dishwasher safe.

Features :
- Blade length: 11 cm
- The stainless steel of OPINEL blades is an optimized grade to guarantee both high resistance to corrosion and high mechanical performance. The blade offers excellent sharpness and high resistance to abrasion (wear) which allows it to withstand regular contact with hard materials, such as ceramics, before requiring resharpening. Stainless steel has the advantage of requiring no special maintenance under ordinary use conditions, unlike carbon steel. However, it may encounter its limits when placed in prolonged contact with an aggressive environment (acid, salt water, detergent, etc.).
- The fine micro-teeth allows a gentle cut without tearing. The teeth allow the cutting quality to be maintained over the long term.
- The handle is made of polyoxymethylene which guarantees excellent resistance to wear, shock and water. Manual polishing gives it a soft touch.
